All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed.
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
We may offer free shipping on selected products or for orders above a certain value, as mentioned on our website from time to time.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary based on your location and courier partner.
Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days for most metro cities.
Remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days.
Unexpected delays (due to weather, strikes, lockdowns, or courier issues) are beyond our control, but we will keep you updated.
4. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment directly on our courier partner’s website or through your Medoxatoz account.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [your support email/contact form] with your order details and pictures of the package.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as per our Refund & Return Policy.
