🔁 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return is requested within 3 days of receiving the order

  • Proof of issue is provided (photos/videos)

Note: Products that are opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used medical/surgical items

  • PRP kits, GFC kits, injectables, dermal fillers, or skin/hair care serums

  • Laser machines or devices once unpacked or installed

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Items labeled as “Non-returnable” on the product page

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

  • If the product is returned and approved after inspection

  • If an order is cancelled before shipment

  • If we are unable to deliver the product due to stock issues

✅ Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

  • For COD orders, we will request your UPI/Bank details to process refunds

🔄 Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products:

  1. Notify us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue

  3. Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or store credit
